"This State Farm office is wonderful. Growing up I was always covered under State Farm with my mom through a different office in McKinney but I have since gotten married and bought a house. When we were going through the home buying process we decided to inquire with State Farm to bundle with home and auto. My husband at the time had USAA and we were deciding if we should make the switch from bundling with USAA or completely dropping USAA and switching to State Farm (Zach Pruitt Office). Kaycee Clements the office manager was SO helpful. She sent over quotes (several times) explained all of our coverages and how they differ from our current coverages with USAA. Kaycee has always been so helpful, polite and been readily available for questions, concerns, and sending over updated copies of our policy to us. We have been SO pleased with this office and will absolutely refer our friends and family this way!! Thank you so much for your help AND for making large decisions in life a smooth and easy process.
