"You can tell they have a lot of fake reviews. They are first time reviewer, only 1 review per name and always 5 star, so you be the judge. Originally Zach's team quoted us the best rate for home and auto insurance. Within just 2 years our home policy doubled! It went from 1,900.00 a year to 3,900.00 for our city home. The lake home went from 2,100.00 to 3,400.00. We did not stick around for our auto policy to renew. Since our lake house purchase, this insurance agency has cost us so much money. They stated they would cover us, not even 2 weeks into the home policy, they sent a person out to take pics of our property. They made us cut a lot of beautiful historical trees and replace the roof! After $13,000.00 in tree removal and new roof $12,000.00, then they would cover us. They even sent a cancellation notice to my mortgage company and refunded us the home insurance. After we did all updates they asked, then they covered, but turned around and overcharge us home insurance within one year. It's been a mess with this insurance company. I have since moved to Allstate, and man it's been a huge money saver, more professional, and very customer-oriented service."
